Took my Astra into CMS Kidderminster(Vauxhall Dealer) for service/MOT & Cambelt change. Very friendly customer service. Garage does a full inspection(25 items) & use a "Traffic Light" system. Green - ok, Amber - advisory & Red - requires urgent attention. They even test the "Boiling point" of the Brake Fluid(should be 300c). Was rung at lunch time to be told passed MOT with no issues,service & cambelt done. Found following on inspection.All advisory(amber). Brake fluid boil point 200c, Handbrake not returning fully(Cable),Steering Lock fault & leaking Turbo Boost Pipe. No pressure to have the work done straight away,but were happy to quote prices(Vauxhall include Labour cost in the price,so no sneaky extra's). Decided to have the work done,which they were happy to do straight away & no rush to return Courtesy Car. When collected Car 2 days later,it had been Valeted & washed,all paperwork in a folder(with a free Car air freshener). Bill was in my opinion very reasonable. monthly service plan covered the service/MOT. Also as being a member of the "Master fit service club" got 25% of everything else except the brake fluid change. So in total bill was just under £800.
