I found the process very easy. Did not see my cluster listed on website so gave them a call. Spoke to Zak at the Essex branch. Followed his instructions on getting the dash removed, filling in the form and sending the part in. 3 days later I received a call to let me know my cluster was all repaired and ready for return delivery. Total bill was £166.80 for a full repair to my Alfa Romeo Mito instrument cluster. Would recommend to family and friends.

Repaired my beloved little Fiat 500 Instrument Cluster. My computer display in the middle had vanished. Cluster Repairs UK were extremely friendly and took very good care of me as I know absolutely nothing about cars and the electrics. I was at their workshop about 3 hours and paid 20% of what my local Fait mechanics wanted to charge me. The ticked the main 3 boxes for me. Great helpful service, fast and low cost. We have used Cluster Repairs UK several times for various instrument cluster units and are always impressed by their knowledge and quality of work. They are always very competitively priced and always get the parts delivered back on time. We have tried all other main Instrument Cluster repair companies in the UK and have found Cluster Repairs UK to be the best so far.

DO NOT USE! I took my instrument cluster to be repaired. I went off to get a coffee whilst they had it. Got a phone call to say it will be done and ready to collect in about 1 hr and can I pay now. I asked them how the warranty works and what happens if it isn't working when I get it back on the car or in the future. They then refused to answer the question and asked me why I'm even asking. They became very rude, and still wouldn't answer my question. They basically said "am I going to pay them or what'. They then said they don't need my money and that they wouldn't finish the job and I was told to come and collect the unit. Wasted a whole day and 4 hours drive to be dealt with like this. To make matters worse, when I took it to a professional company to get the job done, they informed me that the garage had been inside the instrument cluster unit, they had ripped the plug out and damaged the inside, tried to damage my unit. Unbelievable how they are allowed to operate.

Not a positive experience from start to finish.I sent a working sat nav head unit which was returned as fixed but had no power.The unit was returned and retained by the company for five weeks.A series of excuses follows with the unit claimed to be again fixed but it was still not working.Im now left having to source a new unit .Not good at all and I wish I had never used this company

The cluster on my 2003 Ford Focus, started crashing out of the blue. No speedo, fuel gauge, temperature, rev counter. At the same time, all the warning lights came on !. This would happen every few miles on some journeys. It would right itself & could be fine for a few days, then fail again. Nightmare. Not having any idea of where to seek help, i found Cluster UK online. This was a great find. I accepted the repair quote of £129 plus vat over the phone. This price included a 2 year guarantee & next day, tracked return postage. It was a simple 15 minute job to remove my cluster, thanks to info on Youtube. Just 7 screws to remove, 2 plastic facia panels to take off, a plug to unclip & pull out & out it came. Boxed it up, posted it for next day delivery, tracked & signed for, £11 by Royal Mail. Cluster UK received my unit the next morning, Tuesday. My cluster was delivered back to me on Friday of the same week. I refitted it back into my Focus. All repaired, checked & tested before it was returned to me. It is working 100%. A great experience, thank you Cluster UK. I hope you receive the same good service that i did. Good luck.

I imported a car from abroad where I had been working. Local dealer wanted £600 + vat + fitting for a new instrument cluster. These guys sorted it out and now reads MPH. £79 + Vat. Took it out myself and refitted myself.Saved almost a grand.

These guys are experts and I have to disagree with the previous reviews. I booked my Audi TT in, drove it to there unit in Waltham abbey and to be frank couldn't be happier with the service. I arrived a little late, there was no complaint from them about this. The dash was removed perfectly, with no damage or any mess inside the car. Two hours later (after having a little lunch and smashing some balls on the driving range located 100 yards away) I was called to collect the car. The pixelated dash had been repaired perfectly and for 228.00 I couldn't be more satisfied. I can see why they are considered to be about the best In the business. I was given an invoice, that states there is a 2 year warranty which is amazing considering the display is such a fragile thing and from what I understand is a fault that Audi know about. The highest recommendation I can give is that they are efficient, fairly priced and if the previous reviewers couldn't get a response on the phone then I have no clue why. I called 4 times, and every time the phone was answered and the response was positive

I sent them ABC ECU Boshc 5.7 unit for repair. I've got warning lamp blinking from time to time due to a dry soldering in the module and pressure sensor error appearing randomly. They wasted 2 weeks of my time and returned it to me even in the worst condition then it was before the repair. So no I have the old error + 2 new errors. For sure not the best garage to repair electronics.

My Fiesta's LCD screen on the cluster was acting up and completely stopped working, I took it to ford and they said they could repair for it for £650 + VAT, looking around online I found that it's quite a common problem and stumbled across these guys. They quoted me £139.99 and said the repair would take 1-3 working days. Overall my experience was great, very clear from the get go with no problems after the repair.

My Ford Focus Mk2 instrument cluster was reporting a communication issue to the cars computer (Power Control Module). Essentially this meant the vehicle was immobilized. All other functions on the cluster were working fine e.g. LEDS, LCD display etc were working 100% fine. I sent the cluster to Cluster Repairs UK via their website for diagnosis / repair of the communication issue. A week later, I received the unit back from them after paying a diagnosis fee. Below is Cluster Repairs UK written report returned with the cluster unit. "Please note unit has been previously tampered within an unprofessional manner. We do not normally repair tampered units. Unit has suffered from a heavy external voltage surge of some sort i.e. (jump start, prolonged failure or neighboring electrical part fault failure). Resulting in failure of main processor being damaged and main software being corrupted. Unfortunately this type of fault cannot be repaired." I also received a phone call from the company explaining the above and that the unit was un-repairable. They have 'specialist equipment' and were unable to communicate electronically with the cluster / main chip. Advised that I seek a replacement cluster. Now the comment about un-professional tampering. I hold my hands up to this 'tampering' as I opened the cluster before sending it to Cluster Repairs UK. In a previous job I performed electronic repairs to circuit board / component level for 12 years. So I saw no harm in giving the unit a quick visual check over for any obvious faults before sending the unit onto Cluster Repairs UK for repair. Whilst I had the case open, I re-soldered the harness connector pins on the circuit board with higher quality 'silver loaded' solder as there were micro fractures evident (silver solder is more resistant to dry joints so this preventative maintenance). The cluster was then re-assembled and re-tested back in the car. Except for the known communication issue, the cluster functionality was working the same as it was before strip down. Now this is where I have my complaint with Cluster Repairs UK report. Based on my previous electronics experience I did not believe the rest of their report for this reason. 1) Microchips (PICS) have firmware and not software 2) firmware either works or doesn't work, there is no half way house. As the cluster had some functions working e.g. a working display with mileage, the companies diagnosis of firmware corruption made no sense. This weekend I had time to look at the car further, I found the fault was actually a bad wire to the care PCM (computer). After resolving that fault I plugged the 'faulty' instrument cluster back into the car. The car is no longer immobilised and now starts fine! VERDICT: THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER and confirms this was not corrupted software (firmware)/ faulty main processor as mis-diagnosed by Cluster Repairs UK. 1) This calls into question how competent was the Cluster Repairs technician? 2) What are these'specialist techniques' they eluded to on the phone that mis-diagnosed a fully working instrument cluster? 3) When putting the unit back together, why didn't Cluster Reapirs UK re-align the odometer and tachometer needles back to the pencil marks on the cluster? Well, I will just have to 'tamper' with it again and do the job properly. I pity any person using this company if you are not tech savvy as they may blind you with science and end up costing you extra, sourcing components you don't need. Oh and good luck in getting them to answer the phone! I tried 7 times over two days to try and discuss the issue with them before I sent the cluster to them, I even left a telephone message asking them to call me back, they did not follow up. That in itself should have told me not to bother using them - lesson learnt! I will never recommend this company to anyone! BEWARE!

Problem fixed with my CCC unit on my BMW E63 M6. Was driving back from the peak district, when suddenly my SAT NAV I-Drive display turned blank then came back on then went blank again. When I finally got the chance to pull over, I switched the car off, waited a few minutes then started it back up, after doing so the I-Drive display showed the BMW logo, and then went blank again, and then it displayed a white screen. The problem carried on until I arrived home, left the car over night. In the morning on the way to work I stopped off at BMW to have the problem looked at. They (BMW) couldn’t have a look at the car straight away but they informed me that the diagnosis would be £120 and told me that a replacement unit would be in north over £1400, ‘Ouch’. That evening I researched online that the unit could be repaired, so I searched around and found that cluster repairs uk were the better option as they were the most professional. After having a good conversation with one of the fellas about different options I have, I decided to go for the option with removal and refit were they would put the car back together so I can still use it while the unit is being repaired (5-7 working days) which they charged me just £60 for. After 5 days I received a phone call from one of the admin staff telling me that my unit was ready. Having it all fitted and working for 5 weeks, as promised I write this review about the brilliant money saving and professional I have had with them. I would recommend this company to family and friends in a heartbeat. Great service guys keep it up.

Having moved to Australia a few years back, I decided to take my low mileage Rover 75 back with me following a recent visit to my daughter’s in Bristol where she had been storing my car and other possessions. However before the car could be shipped I had to arrange to have speedometer converted to read KPH from MPH to comply with regulations in Australia. Not an easy task at first until we contacted Cluster Repairs UK. While they didn’t have a dial in stock as obviously there is next to no demand for KPH only dials in the UK, they said they would have one made up for me. I would have to send my instrument cluster into them at their Great Yarmouth Head Office but having no idea or inclination as to how to take it out of the car, they made arrangements to have a local garage in Bristol who themselves use their services to take it out for me. Cluster Repairs UK then arranged to have it collected and returned duly converted to KPH ready to go back into the car which we could then have sealed in the container ready for shipment to Australia. From my first contact with them until it was returned I was kept fully informed of the progress of the work on the cluster. The altered cluster was soon back with me with all the necessary certification to allow me to export the car back to Australia. All credit to the professionalism of Cluster Repairs UK, a company who I would thoroughly recommend to anybody in need of having a dial conversion on a car being imported or exported.

I had a starting issue on my ford focus 1.8tdi 55 plate. First of all I visited my local ford delaership which diagnosed the issue as a fuel line fault which I was qouted £900 for. I visited them 7 days ago, and £120 later with a fully refurbished speedo im glad my headcahe is over. Ive got to say visiting them the service was great. I had to leave my vehicle with them for 2 days but all in all I can recommend this company highly and would not hesitate to forward there contact to family and friends.
