Kevin the service manager and Adam the service advisor asked me to repair a damaged BMW Diamond cut alloy wheel that THEY had damaged while fitting a tyre for a customer. I did the specialist refurbishment along with free collection and return along with supplying a new M badge for the wheel and refitting the tyre but he refuses to pay for the work. I have been trying to get paid since the 13th of March 2021. He says he has no recollection of the repair but it was himself and Adam that asked for the work to be carried out. I would definitely not recommend using Ford at Cleckheaton and have since moved all of my Ford servicing and repairs to another dealership. AVOID !!

I have actually used this garage for nearly eight years, when I found them I didn't need to look elsewhere. i have found them well worth the extra cost associated with a 'dealership' garage, unlike some. The service is obviously completed as stated, I have never felt I was being pushed in to anything unnecessary nor am I bombarded with offers and 'concerns' as I have been at other garages and as a woman I am very glad of a garage that treats one as a person. I have had one or two problems with bookings not being properly recorded, but these were in the past, they have responded to feedback and sorted this issue out. I found Clemo Ford Cleckheaton garage after being disillusioned with three others sho, following a spark plug failure and subsequent HT cable fault I was informed that all sorts of things were wrong (including needing a whole new engine, all my fault due to having an LPG conversion) or indeed at one place told simply 'the computer isnt picking up a fault'. Clemo had it in and found the cheap to fix fault straight away. As the car has aged I can now physically sense the tautness and responsiveness poet service. When the car was under warranty other Ford garages argued that nothing could be checked, such as door alignment due to my having converted to LPG autogas (only the engine warranty was affected). They have continued to be helpful and flexible, offering useful advice in between work that has been done. I like this garage so much that I have more or less limited my choice of new car to a Ford or Citroen so that I can still get my service from them and I think even when I move further away I will come back for services.
