Cleaver Cars

We have used their services for some time after a recommendation from a friend. We have rcommended them to friends who have also been very pleased with their work. Our car was recovered to their garage after breaking down with an engine managent fault. As our only car they examined it straight away and apeared to have diagnosed the fault. They quoted a price and carried out the work. Unfortunately this did not cure the fault and the car had to be sent to the main dealer who was also unable to diagnose the fault. As a 9 year old car the quoted cost of investigative work was going to be prohibitive so it meant a new car. When we asked Cleaver what we owed them for the time and work they had done they said nothing as they hadn't fixed the fault!
