Church Road Garage

An annual MOT test for my wife's car was booked online and I drew the straw to take it in for "while-you-wait" service. The garage changed hands in 2017 and it was great to see few changes and all the familiar faces. The service was as good as on previous visits and I was pleased to see the low repair rates were still in force. After a chat to the staff, Rupert the new incumbents dog and an excellent coffee it was time to make my way home.

Our cars have been serviced and repaired by CRG for 13 years. Customer service always 100% and costs reasonable. CRG offers most automotive technical services with equipment to support them. A great team of technicians, always affable and helpful. Good advice freely given and much appreciated. Main franchised dealers fighting back in recent years but unable provide the service delivery of the best independents of which CRG is one.

I have used this garage for at least 15 years and have received excellent service throughout. My wife and daughter also have their cars serviced by Church Road Garage and always feel very welcome. Over the years we have had a variety of problems with a variety of makes of cars, but Bill's team have never let us down. In the past they have serviced my company cars under warranty which has saved me the awful experience of dealing with main agent servicing. I live about 10 miles from the garage but the car is collected from home and returned at the end of the day for no extra cost. Why use anyone else?
