Chelsfield Motor Works

I’ve always trusted CMW, and therefore always used them for MOTs, servicing, pre purchase checks etc you name it I’ll bring my car here for it.. but today I stupidly took a chunk out of my tire. I was worried it wasn’t safe to drive especially as I carry VIP cargo… (my kids)… They said to bring it in, which I did, not even a minutes wait and they were out looking at my tire assessing the damage, declared it safe. They even kindly topped up my coolant as I’m useless and wouldn’t know how to do this myself. Outstanding service, I’ll always recommend them.

This was my first visit to Chelsfield Motor Works for my Alfa Romeo's 3rd service and first MOT. I was very impressed from the first 'phone call, to when I collected my car. Everyone, from the girls' in reception to the mechanics' were extremely polite, efficient and professional. Also,the price was better than any others I'd been quoted. I will be using them again and would definitely recommend their services.
