I had a low coolant warning come on my X5 while on the M20, decided rather than boiling up and being stranded on the Motorway to pull off and saw the sign for local services. Walked into this workshop to be greeted by two polite mechanics, yes mate bring her in and we'll see what we can do, with me holding a hand lamp, the very helpful mechanic dismantled my car, found an alternative connector and had me and the wife back on the road in just over an hour. All this at 5pm on a Friday evening when most places are thinking about closing up for the weekend. Their charge for the work was far too cheap considering the time taken, the work carried out and what the alternative could of been having broken down miles from home. Fantastic place and I have nothing but praise for them.

I have been using this garage for at least five years as I have had various VW Golf's and the service is the best in this area. . . One of my vehicles had a major steering sensor fault which VW in Dartford quoted me £2,000.00 to repair! Nick Young repaired my car and the total cost came to less than £650.00 including parts, labour and VAT!!! I cannot fault this garage at all and thank you for helping me on several occasions. I had my 2005 Audi A4 cabriolet serviced at this specialist VW/Audi service garage on the recommendation of a friend. The standard of workmanship was good and the pricing compared well to my local franchised Audi dealer. I was impressed with the professionalism of Neil and Russell who run the garage, and the standard of customer service and attention to detail was excellent. I will use the garage again to service the car, and would recommend them without hesitation.
