CBW Autos, Sunderland

Me and my dad have been going to CBW Autos garage for years now and every time the work has been great and so has the price. Last year my break pads came loose and didn't sounds right when using them, I expected a labour charge for them to be removed and place back on. CBW Autos did it for free when I other places in Sunderland would have taken advantage and charged a fee or even said they needed replacing. I recommend the garage to everyone I know and couldn't say a bad word about them.

Drop links needed replacing and it was done in the same day. Job was well done and didn't cost much at all. Sound guy

The main guy was really nice and explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I don't understand mechanical terms but he explained it all in a way I could comprehend. The problem turned out to be exactly what he thought and great fix and didn't cost the earth. Great garage, value for money, well worth the visit. Would definitely recommend

I got the front brake pads on my van replaced by Chris (the owner) at CBW Autos. He was efficient and gave the whole braking system a quick check, advising me roughly how long I had left on the discs. All in all I was well looked after. Apparently this guy was a master technician at a Volvo dealer and has loads of experience but his prices were still very reasonable compared to other local garages.
