Carrs

In October 2012 I purchased a new Polo Match. On getting it home I discovered that the car was not fitted with a DAB radio or rear disc brakes - as shown in the latest addition of the Polo brochure. I phoned John Landstrom, the salesman, expecting to be fobbed off. How wrong I was! They were not aware of the recent upgrades to that model and within the hour had ordered me another one from Germany. Six weeks later I took delivery of another brand new Polo. However, Having downsized fro a MKV Golf I found the Polo to be too small for my needs and so on 27/06/2013 I took possession of a brand new VW Golf SE 1.4Tsi - amazing car! I had no reservations in dealing with Carrs again. Indeed They really looked after me and made sure that I eventually ended up with the perfect Car. I honestly have never come across such a decent and honourable Garage and I thoroughly recommend them.
