We used to go to the other Kia dealer nearby (on the coast) and were not particularly happy with the level of customer service on more than one occasion. The items we had pointed out for attention in particular seemed not to have been addressed and the car was returned with footprints on the seats and generally dirtier than when it went in. Canterbury Kia could not be more different, all in a positive way. Firstly they clean the car so it comes back looking great. Secondly the (female) desk staff knows her stuff and points out anything untoward or worth keeping an eye on after the service. They also did a very good price match with their competitor and combined their own service with a Kia official mileage service so that many extras were covered in one go. Very efficient, friendly and professional - would not hesitate to recommend and will certainly never go back to the other place!
