Took car in immediately on the day problem arose, kept me informed whilst the car was repaired, offered me lift into to town whilst car repaired but I chose to wait in comfortable lounge with ipads to play with, newspapers and magazines hot and cold drinks cakes and biscuits. Car returned washed and hoovered with an hour and a half. Exceptional in every way.
