Brindley Honda ( Halesowen )

I took my car for service in this branch cos its near to me.From 9-1630 they have my car. I took it home straight away from them and I noticed, the fuel door is open and the cap not closed properly, around the area was filthy and the cap was dirty. I said this doesnt look right. Its my own car so I know theres something not right. Two days later theyre phoning me to offer me 2 year service plan so I said to myself its the right time to ask about it. The man i spoken to couldnt explain why fuel door open. He hasnt got answer for me. the way it looked after the service it was tampered.

Have used this garage for Honda CR-V sales & service for almost ten years. Throughout they have been a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is ever too much trouble and any problems with my vehicles (more often due to my own shortcomings rather than my CR-Vs'), have been dealt with rapidly. Excellent team!
