Tried to price match when I received a reminder early February. Still waiting for a response over a month later, Gave up, explained all direct to the Bolton garage and they went the extra mile and a half to keep my business. Love the video emailed after a initial walk round. Then received details of all repairs and updates required. Agreed the extra work by email and the prices quoted. Only criticism I have is the price they charge for oil, they charged £14.99 per litre. so I source my own through E-bay at £7.50 per litre. Bolton Audi happy for me to supply my own oil! Service manager and staff are fabulous.
