Bettacar Care, Kidderminster

I have been taking my car to Bettacar Care for a few years now. I feel that they don't exploit a female who knows nothing about cars. They are respectful and efficient. The mechanics and staff are helpful and seem to h=be happy at work

Over the last week, the friendly and optimistic family team at Bettacar Care have lovingly rebuilt my son's veteran Clio following a damaging vehicle break in. Replacement parts have been sourced with skill, and all challenges presented by damage to various aspects of the vehicle met with ease, and a lovely attitude toward the customer and vehicle. I would recommend them unreservedy.

I have been using this independant garage for some years after 10 years of high priced service and repairs at a 'Volvo' garage. Bettacar Care is a friendly family business. Help and advice is freely given and service with a capital 'S'. For the price of two 12mm washers, and an hour of labour, I was saved over £500 on a quote from the Volvo garage to 're-new' the rear suspension. Since then, I have had regular service, repairs, tyre replacement and MOTs all at very reasonable prices.
