Highly overpriced quote for what turned out to be unnecessary work on my car. Claimed car had major brake fault and was unsafe to drive. Had independently assessed and brakes not faulty. Quote was nearly £1900 actual cost at another bmw main dealer for repair work was £113. Wouldn’t let them work on my bicycle
