They replaced my fueled pump after running a series of diagnostics that cost me £180. The replacement was a £600, in all £880 and the car started to fail to start a week after I got it back. When fuel was sucked up the pipe using compressed air it would start and ran fine. If left for a few days it failed to start with a lack of fuel to the engine. I took it back to the garage and they have said there are lots of other faults they hadn't previously noticed with the engine so it's not worth repairing but the cause of its failure to start isn't due to lack of fuel, even though it clearly is.

I've had a problem for years and they were the garage that understood the issue and took proper action to solve the problem. Couldn't be happier. Although I own an older car it is reliable for my wife and children. Bentley's efficiency and care have prolonged the life span of our car. Thank you to an excellent team

We have two cars which are over 7 years old. We switched to Bentleys when the cars were out of warranty and have enjoyed Mainly trouble free motoring ever since. When issues have cropped up between services the friendly Bentley staff have always Sorted the problems without fuss. Above all, we appreciate the honesty of this garage, and we believe we get a level of customer Service beyond any main dealer in our area.

Booked the car in for repairs following MOT failure. The work was carried out as described by the staff. The repairs were completed in the time frame given and at the price I was quoted. Now feels like a new car. Well done Bentleys for giving me back my car in a great shape

I took my car in to be mot'ed and there was a couple of things that needed doing which when they told me about i was thinking oh no this is going to be expensive but when i asked how much i was extremely supprised with how cheap he said... They got the work done right away and now im happy knowing my car is safely back on the road for miles and miles to come
