Avoid, apprentices working on our vehicles. Car went in for a service, straight after got several warnings on dash. 10 days later now being told that the engine is gone. Trying to bill me £21,000 for a replacement. Always been serviced from the dealers, very shocked with result. Even after driving car back to dealers with faults, now collected car on a recovery truck due to it not even starting. Completely dead car and lost all faith in dealership. Two faced staff which even tried telling recovery drivers not to help. Will be intouch with the NCS trading standards. Asked to speak to manager which was refused and only got reply from him after replying to audi survey. Otherwise guy been hiding behind the doors. Avoid at all costs.
