The cars line up at 8.30 and file in as soon as the gates open. Located half way down Stepney Bank, it is easy to drop the car off and walk into town from there. Michael and his team give consistently transparent pricing, itemised bills and keep to the agreed price. They will always call you to discuss if anything comes up too. When my car broke down it was brought to there and they had it back up and running the same day. When I forgot to ask for the service with the MOT they fitted it in no problem despite being super busy. I've found the people lovely, the professional can do (and they always come up trumps for you) attitude and the honest and transparent pricing combined with a vast knowledge of anything to do with cars always gives you peace of mind. And other customers I've spoken too there have had the same experience. Just a great garage.

I have used this garage for a number of years and have always received excellent service. I needed a coil spring replaced on one car and paid the bill, next day they rang me to say I had been charged for 2 hours labour instead if one and that they had refunded this to my card. How many garages would do that.

Never had a problem with this garage. Honest diagnosis, sensible pricing and good allround service. I drive past at least two others to get to it. I have never had a problem in the last 15 years they haven't been able to solve
