I was converting my 2011 Fiat Ducato to a Campervan. The van was bought new, one month earlier from Autoworld at Chesterfield. I replaced the dual front passenger seat with single seat and the Airbag warning light came on. Details of problem outlined and I waited for 35 minutes before Technician and service manager arrived to tell me 'you can't change the dual seat for a single because of the seat belt pre tensioner' I explained that the dual seat was not fitted with one and that confused them. I asked them what they had done and the reply was 'Nothing, there is nothing we can do apart from sending an email to Fiat in Turin, we will call you when we have a reply' I am still waiting 2 years later. I took the van to Platts of Stoke on Trent who had the problem sorted within 50 minutes of my arrival; all under warranty.
