From start to finish the team and new management at Autocraft were so helpful. Everything explained fully. Very competitive prices, absolutely recommend!

Took my car to Autocraft engineering in Basildon, in for a full service and MOT left my car with the garage in the morning as I worked in London. I had no phone call from the garage to say that my car was ready. On my return to the garage the gentleman said your car has passed the mot, and we serviced your vehicle but it needed new front bushes and a track control arm, so they completed this for me. 1. the garage never phoned me to tell me this was wrong on my car. 2. I never gave them permission to carry out this work. 3. your front bushes and track control arm are not part of a service. If my car had failed the mot on on these issues I would of completed them myself and returned it to the garage. After speaking to the garage they said we always completed minor things when we do a full service. This is complete rubbish this is not the case. My bill at the end should of been £145.00 instead was nearly double, This was appalling service from the garage, the fact they didn't even ask me if I wanted them to carry out the repair. After driving the car home thinking everything was ok my car kept pulling to one side, I could understand this I stopped thinking the wheel was not on properly I checked it but seemed fine, this happen all the way home so when i got home i put it up on my ramp and checked it two of the bolts were loose they had not fitted the track control arm correctly. Please avoid this garage at all cost they are a bunch of cowboys. .

I was looking for a garage for some time. The one I was using before was no good (to say gentley). It took them 6 days to arrange my car pick up and still no one came to collect the car. AUTOCRAFT however took my car on Saturday morning and give it back Monday evening. I know a little bit about cars and I know that the fix wasn't easy but they still did it in no time! It didn't even cost me to much. Less then I was expected anyway. The broken part was shown to me and the mechanic talk me through what was done. Excellent service. Finally I found a good and honest garage:D and we all know it's not easy. THANKS VERY MUCH AUTOCRAFT!!!

Having visited this garage last week I can only recommend that you go yourselves. Thoroughly professional, friendly and personable service. Very efficient and kept updated on my repairs.
