Absolutely clueless. Staff took an incorrect deposit from me and now I am being chased for the money a month later (£500). Threatening me with legal action if not paid in 7days, when this issue is their own staff fault. Managers spoke to me in a derogatory and abusive fashion when discussing the issue. Don't be fooled by their friendly sales team. I will not be using them again.
