Previously they resealed two tyres which appeared to have a slow puncture. The particular tyres with aluminium rims tend to leak after a while - apparently. They could have charged us for new tyres and we would never have known. £10 a tyre to strip off and re-fit. This time we had a full service and MOT and they were £130 cheaper than the Ford main dealer. However, when the car came back (C-Max) we noticed the mpg had slumped. HJ suggested poss a spark plug issue. It was. They had fitted premium Bosch plugs so they replaced them with standard Ford plugs. Mpg went back up to 40 on a run. Had we gone to Fords it wouldn't have happened but then Bosch are a decent plug! No charge and great concern to know the result of the swap. We shall use them again. Nice blokes too and very helpful. We dropped the car off and they took us home and then returned it.
