Not just efficient and value for money but also confidence inspiring. They loaned a car having collected mine from 40 miles away. Sent photos of work in progress ( front end removed for air con replacement etc) and did a software upgrade on a 93 diesel that made a difference, FOC. They do other makes than Saab but know their stuff.
