My wife dropped our car off at 9.20am for an MOT, it got to 2pm with still no update so i phoned the garage and was told they where on doing it now and would ring me back once it had been done which is fair enough, i got phonecall 30 mins later which i was told it had failed on 2 front tyres and i was told a price to get them put on the car and it would pass the MOT, so i said yes go a ahead do the work as they said the tyres where in stock, my wife went down at 5pm because it shuts then, they where still on with another car and said ours would be done next, it got to 7pm we tried to ring and there was no answer so we got a lift to the garage and it is shut with our presumably inside, we are both self employed now ill have to get a lift to the garage in the morning and lose a mornings work just to try and get it back terrible customer service and very poor workmanship i will never use this garage again, massive inconvenience and very unprofessional, you cant just down tools and go home and not inform the customer

Had a service and MOT today, unfortunately someone has broken the plastic that attaches my screen wash resevoire to the car and bodge fixed it with a cable tie. I noticed it when I got home and phoned for an explanation and was told it came in that way. I disputed this as I'd just put screen wash in that morning and was told by the owner that his staff are trustworthy and honest. This damage was done in the garage and the cable the was put on by them. Nobody even had the decency to inform me they had broken it. I'm gobsmacked and saddened.

I called in to the garage with a problem they looked at the car immediately and quickly found the fault and showed me the faulty item got a estimate for the repair and the time it would take they got the parts within the hour and when got the invoice it was less than the original estimate a first class service from a first class garage
