My Vauxhall Vectra’s power steering pump broke down and we were towed to Tustain Motors in Berwick-upon-Tweed by an RAC contractor. Unfortunately, they were unable to obtain a replacement pump before we had to return home to Hertfordshire (by train, with the Vectra on the back of an RAC breakdown truck). However, Tustain Motors still let us have a courtesy car free of charge for two days and even gave us a lift to the station. Such service when they were receiving no work from us was absolutely marvellous. Thanks to all concerned at Tustain Motors.
