Alan, who is in charge of this 2-person operation, is a mechanic of the old school who takes great care in doing a first-rate job at a reasonable price. He has looked after my various Mercedes for years and I couldn't wish for better service. If he can't do a particular job eg because specialist spares are needed, he will say so and point you in the right direction.
