Wright Tech UK

I took my Mercedes to Wright Tech to have a B service completed, only for my brake pad warning light to come on less that 1000 miles and one month after. Somehow they managed to miss that the brake pads were worn? I was also told on the date of the service that the digital service copy would be sent to me the following Monday (two days time), but I had to keep chasing this up and eventually recieved it two months down the line. I am promised better service by Andy and again take my car back to get my brake pads changed, only to be told they wouldn’t be completed until who knows what time that day, so why did I book a 9am appointment? I thought it would be a matter of urgency to rectify their original mistake but it seems that Wright Tech have no care for their customers what so ever.

We have used this garage for a couple of years for my wife's Chrysler Cross Fire, they are a Mercedes specialist. We now use them for our Hyundai Coupe and my recently purchased 06 Reg Jaguar X Type Estate AWD. Very professional, technically first class and tell you the truth, very reasonable labour rate.
