poor communication over the phone, prices are ok, had a go at me over the phone as well. Charged for a MOT retest as well - decent garages don't do this especially when the check took 30 seconds. MOT test is cheap to draw you in for repairs which are a bit on the expensive side.

My car failed its MOT on a couple of minor faults, but they were quickly put right and the car retested. Phil was helpful and, as I am not a 'petrolhead', explained everything in layman's terms. I have since used them for service and am very pleased with their service.
