Service and warranty work, some staff appeared to have little understanding, conflicting technical information. Very Poor inside valeting, oil stains on the door pillar and dirty steering wheel after work completed, this was then cleaned by the dealership upon my return -thank you. Tyre depths were rated average on the service report even though 2 week old tyres Michelin pilot sport MO. shows lack of attention to detail by the technician, which I felt through out. The service team were very good and did deserve praise. Another Merc owner, with similar problems -it appears. Published 29 May 2018 My Mercedes C350e hybrid (2016) clearly… My Mercedes C350e hybrid has serious problems with the electric systems. The charging breaks down and it has to go back to be fixed about 4 times per year. Mercedes absolutely refuse to accept that there is a fundamental flaw and simply do a quick fix which then goes wrong again.

Totally first class in every respect. Sales,Service Body repairs and paintwork are of the highest quality and the staff in every department are superb. I would not purchase a car or have it serviced anywhere else I have a sixty mile return journey to go to this dealership.
