Minus numbers for every rating - absolutely appalling criminal behaviour. I had to call the police to get my car back! Never go to Woodmancote Garage - avoid like the plague; you could end up being assaulted by the owner.

Had a new electronic handbrake unit fitted - cost £708 Took 3 days to get sorted because they didn't have the software and used services of 3rd party. Within 24hrs of getting the car back then error code problems and having to reset the errors to get a working handbrake, cat went back for investigation and errors codes deleted but fault kept happening. 10 weeks down the road after independent Renault specialist check and then not being able to see the handbrake through Renault software. Eventually after a letter and much discussion he tools the car to Renault who had to completely reset/reboot to unit and then reprogram. Cost £168 and the garage wanted me to pay 50% ha ha. Car now seems OK but the job was too much for Woodmancote to deal with. Not good at resolving customer problems.

I started using Woodmancote Garage after a disappointing service experience with another local garage. We have three cars in our family and they all need MOT's, servicing, repairs and occasional new tires. The service offered in this unassuming facility is second to none with internet booking facilities (as part of the 'Good Garage Scheme') and very quick short notice availability of time-slots at the client's convenience. I run a tourist accommodation business and if I have guests with car problems the guys at Woodmancote Garage have also been able to sort out any problems in no time and at very reasonable costs. Don't be fooled by the lack of a posh forecourt and smart reception facilities: This is a very professional run garage!
