I had my water pump and radiator replaced here about a month ago and paid around £1,400, which already felt expensive, but I went ahead with it. After only one month and just 2,000 miles of driving, my car’s head gasket burned out. I took it to other mechanics and they all confirmed the failure happened because the previous job was not done properly. When I went back to this garage, their answers kept changing — first they said they didn’t check the head gasket before the repair, then they said they did (knowing I had to drive to get to their garage), changing the story everytime I was asking a question regarding it but now that the problem happened, they told me they “don’t do head gaskets,” even though the issue is clearly a result of their work. I asked for a refund since I still have warranty, but they are refusing to answer to my emails knowing I also got in touch with a legal firm. Because of this, I have been left without a car I depend on for my job as a taxi driver. I have a family and this situation has caused me serious stress and instability, since now I am without my car, without work, and I have to spend even more money to fix problems caused by their poor and dishonest service. Avoid this place at all costs — they are not honest, they don’t take responsibility, and their work can leave you with bigger problems than you started.

I decided to take my 2010 Audi A4 to Wolf garages based on recommendation of a colleague. The seat mechanism on the passenger front seat had become faulty with seat stuck in one position. The main dealer quoted a min £60 just to look at the problem. I called Wolf garage and Brian arranged a date for me to drop the car off. On arrival I talked Brian through the issue I was having and left him the car. Within a couple of hours I had received a text to confirm that the work was complete and car was ready to collect. Brian managed to sort out the issue quickly and with minimum of fuss and I got change from £40, which is excellent value. His lads had also found some money under the seat which they left near the gear stick which was very honest. I am sure to return to the garage next time MOT or any other work is due, I recommend you do the same if you are in the area and need an honest garage.

I took my car to this garage as it was recommended, £250 later they have not solved the problem. Changed the spark plugs told me that I would do well to get rid of the car! I then took it to another garage and it was the fuel pump and pipe, it cost me more money but the problem was solved. I get so tired of garages that exploit women in such a way. I will never go there again.

These guys have kept my motor running for over 100,000 miles. It's the sort of place where, istead of sucking their teeth and saying "That's gonna cost you", they just suck their teeth and say "Nah, it'll be OK, that'll last until your next service". I can't rate them highly enough.
