used the garage for a number of years, never fail to impress. always the same staff which is a good sign, nothing is too much trouble and know what they are doing. nice coffee and chocolates too.

Had bad experiences from this dealer. Unprofessional service and incredible delays. I have had a few visits to this dealer and a few things done before. Never been straightforward, always unbelievable delays. If i remember it right, the first three months of owning the car i bought from them, i only had my car for a month. It was with them for most of the time. Over a year later, nothing's changed, still dreadful customer service. The problem was never sorted. Today so far the worst experience i've had from a garage. Receptionist always nice - One of the engineers i spoke to before - the one who changed the actuator for my MMT- was also nice... But that's it really. I'm afraid it doesn't bring the rating up as the overall experience for me was really bad. I feel that I never got value service here. I feel like I've been robbed :( My family has always been a Toyota lover. I think this dealer has just changed that.
