I have contacted Faz Hussain from the Executive office, Ford for Britain and Ireland and explained my situation and he has emailed me back apologising saying he has passed my concerns and details to the Dealer and told them to contact me. I have re emailed him as this has not happened. I have no car and through paying several garages to fix my car thought I would take to Ford as I knew it would be costly but would be done properly. Not the case. I cannot get to work as I have run out of money hiring cars and cant get a lift or bus as I start at 0400hrs no one even contacted me. I had to phone up to see what was happening and the gentleman I spoke to wasn't even aware my car was stil there. Very unprofessional dont you think?
