Awful, car went in with a fault, came out with a worse one. Not told of the problem, when I returned within minutes of collecting car was told shouldn't have driven it. No help offered told mechanical faults can happen at any time. On notes engineer listed potential fault, reception didn't notice or relay the message, told miscommuication happens
