the staff were awful and unhelpful despite my wife being a regular customer with her Golf, for servicing and maintenance and MOTs we spent £300+on a repair to a light which they have never got to grips with, we were told we needed a new battery when we didn't, when the light housing wasn't repaired (properly if at all) and we went back because the light bulbs were hanging out instead of getting it fixed (as we only went in last week) they wanted to charge more money for things that should have been fixed last time. If you are a woman wanting to have your car repaired definitely look elsewhere. This place has old style sexist garage staff. Won't be touching this place ever again. My wife exited and will never return. We won't be recommending this place to friends and if I had any we won't recommend it to enemies either.

Windrush Volkswagen sold me a used Polo recently. I asked the salesman who had owned the car previously and he told me that this car had been owned by a wife of a colleague for the past 9 months. Now I find out from the V5 that Europcar which is a car hire company have owned this car previously! Would you buy a car from a car hire company!
