Second time having the car MOT but had a service this time. I asked for om parts which they willing did plus fitted a new tyre that had a nail and damaged side wall. Popped in a few days later to thank them for the work done, and Andy did a 2 minute job of a loose wire in boot without hesitation. Amanda in reception was very helpful in sorting everything out for me. Will definitely be using them in the future.

I took my VW T4 to a number of garages in Lincoln, all were disinterested with it being a slightly older vehicle. WRG on the other hand were more than happy to help, not relying solely on technology to diagnose, they employed years of experience to get to the route cause of my vans issue and now it runs a treat. WRG is the only garage I'd recommend, front of house staff are superb and their lead mechanic is happy to explain issues and best solutions. The are extremely well priced too for the level of service received

We had an issue with the car that appeared to be due to another garage not doing there job well. Whisby solved the issue for us and even contacted the other garage for further information. Great service! (I can't really reflect on the time or expertise as part of the delay and issue not being solved sooner appeared to be due to the other garage)
