I bought a new car from these people on the Friday, went back to them on the Saturday to report a problem with the car only to be told there is nothing wrong with it. Problem has been ongoing for weeks and I went to an independent specialist who found the problem and wrote a report to give to Westover so they could fix the problem. They did the same test Westover were supposed to have already carried out which they did not do. In the end if you want a new car without the problems drive the extra distance and go elsewhere, all Westover is concerned about is getting paid for anything they do.

MOT work deemed unnecessary at another Renault Dealer and an Independent in France was asserted as necessary at Westover. The work was wrongly priced and it had to be pointed out by me. Ungracious response from extremely unpleasant service adviser. Poor knowledge and lack of timely communication caused a one day delay on my return to France. Oh and a electric window that was working just fine on arrival was faulty on collection. Price quoted to fix was outrageous for a known/common fault and the parts were not available until the next day. Extremely disappointing experience.
