email@example.com Dear Sir, May I propose an accolade for Westover Toyota of Bournemouth. My 2½ year old Prius developed a fault with the rear parking sensors. Sometimes they worked and sometimes didn’t. The first visit to Westover proved inconclusive because the fault had gone away albeit temporarily. Later Westover took the car in for a day, loaning us a courtesy car, but still could not definitively find the fault. This is the worst kind of fault to chase because one knows that the instant the car is away from the garage then it will reappear. Westover then decided to replace the computer that controls the sensors and now everything is working. The staff at Westover were patience personified, very kind and helpful from the front desk to the engineers in the garage. I have always found them so helpful. This is such a rare thing these days so I’m asking you to give them a mention in your paper. RST, Wimborne

Bought my Avensis from them, it had an extended warranty, and as the only local Toyota dealership in 40 miles, thought they would be ok for repairs/ service. Got a very unimpressive, average service from them. Very nice customer area, but thats not what counts really is it? Asked to have a few extra things checked at the service, when it came back nothing was mentioned, so when I raised them again, was told all was 'ok'. Got the impression what I'd asked for them to look at had not been checked. Needed 2 front tyres, as insides warn to below minimum, even though outer edges were 3mm. When I asked if that indicated if I needed the tracking checked, was told 'thats normal wear for the Avensis'!! Overall was not impressed with either the car or the garage, so I got rid, and now am a happy Honda Accord owner!
