Very Poor customer service no help offered just put phone down. Will not recommend to anyone. Bought a land rover freelander 2 last april from a dealer and started having issues with injectors leaking i looked through service history and westerly garage had replaced the injector seals the previous month. It has been less than 10 months and they have failed again. They guarantee 12 months on labour and parts. I called them and was told i was not the owner at the time so no guarantee. I ask if i paid them again would they be prepared to come to some arrangement for a reduction in labour as the workmanship or parts should not have failed after 10 months. They were not interested in helping in any way and put phone down.

I have been using this garage for probably 10 years now, they have looked after my cars and my wife's shopping car, 14 years old with just over 5,000 on the clock, the main dealer could not believe it, they still offer me low mileage used cars.

Good pleasant people to deal with,did a full service and M O T.Provided a loan car,job finished on time and to SAAB spec,price charged much less than previous main dealer cost to same standard of work.
