Very poor communication. The most humiliating customer experience. On booking my mot and brake fluid change I was told if I got my car to them by 7.30am they would get it into the workshop first and turn it round in about 2 hours while I waited. At no point was I told that I would have to wait outside on a cold and showery March day with no facilities at all. Very abrupt receptionist with zero

Poor customer service, withheld my money ignored both emails and calls. Had to contact Mini Uk to get some of money back have contacted trading standards and perhaps police next as I’m still owed money.
