Heading up the A21 to Sheffield the emergency red warning light on my Audi TT came on. I diverted to Westerham and asked if they could help me. They were brilliant. They fixed the problem wouldn't charge me...they explained it took them longer than it should have done to reset the car's instruments. Very kind and understanding people helped me get to the funeral. Exceptional attitude in the current climate. Thoroughly recommended.

Having purchased my car at this garage nearly four years ago I have been returning to it for servicing and MOT. They have always been very helpful and full of good advice. Today they went that extra mile by helping me with a new bulb for my car. A very simple thing, but the staff were clearly busy but still managed to fit me in. Superb.

I have been using this garage for at least 12 years now, and have bought 2 new SEATS from them (they are SEAT agents). In that time, staff, both in the workshops, the Parts Department and the Service Department, have been consistently helpful, attentive to the customer's needs, and have made a point of communicating most effectively with their clientele. They have endeavoured to maintain a reasonable tariff, and it clearly comes across that they are a most ethical and professional business. Necessary work has always been completed thoroughly and conscientiously, and the car is always returned in a very clean condition. On several occasions, my car has either been collected or returned to my home, free of charge. Oh that all garages presented this extremely high standard of service. I have absolutely no qualms in recommending their services most highly.
