I took my Ford to Westbridgend because I didn't like the nearby main Ford Dealer's service. I wish I hadn't. After I picked the car up I went to a nearby supermarket and because the car park was nice and level I took the opportunity to check the oil level and found it was about a centimetre ABOVE the max mark on the dipstick. I took the car back immediately and complained. They clearly thought I was being a bit pedantic but they drained a bit of oil off and got it more or less right. The other thing was that they used an "own brand" oil, not a premium grade one. The oil did meet the Ford spec but if your paying top dollar for a service such penny pinching is a poor show. They're careless attitude didn't impress so no more of my business for them.

Work was always carried out in the time promised, and seemed to be of high quality. Also the car was cleaned well (on the outside only). However I always found this garage very expensive and find it hard to recommend on this basis.
