Wenlock Motors, Much Wenlock

So disappointed with this garage. Tried to use local as really believe it’s important but they had our van for 5 weeks. In that time we only received one phonecall to give us the quote for the works we required, including both MOT, service & repairs. In 5 weeks they only completed the MOT and service (after which we discovered they don’t even do the MOT there! They send to Telford) when I repeatedly called to ask when it would be ready the lady was so rude, dismissive and disrespectful. We never received an apology for taking so long or even a call to explain why there were repeated delays. I tried to be empathetic as know things can be hard but 5 weeks! And simply no effort to offer us a courtesy car to ease the issues and costs we incurred trying to cope without for so long. In the last 8 days of chasing every time I called they said it was ‘on the ramp’ and I cannot reiterate how unhelpful and rude they were. To get it back and be charged nearly £900 for the MOT, an MPV service, brake pads and an exhaust repair but the original jobs we actually sent it in for still not done is simply scandalous. In speaking to others they have had similar experiences with the customer service and go elsewhere. I’d certainly say this is simply the worst experience we’ve ever had.

I have used this garage for a number of years and have found them exceedingly reliable, honest and reasonable. They specialise in four wheel drive vehicles, but will service all manner of vehicles. All their staff are friendly and willing. I can't fault them.
