As a follow-up to JM's comments in your column earlier this year regarding his superb experience of Halesowen Audi, I'd like to bring to your attention the exceptional customer service I received from Milton Keynes Audi (formerly Wayside Audi) – it's surely no coincidence that both companies are part of the same group and have the same franchise aftersales manager. My car was booked in for routine maintenance, with a free courtesy car being provided, and all the way along the line I was kept informed of progress by the service advisers, who were friendly, very professional and went out of their way to ensure my needs were met. As an added bonus the prices were extremely competitive, even compared with independents. All too often people's visits to franchised dealers' service departments are a real pain, but this was a real pleasure. I feel that my experience was a textbook example of how customer service should be, with everyone doing their hardest to go the extra mile. Well done Milton Keynes Audi. If only all dealers were this good!
