Had my second service in October, really friendly & knowledgeable staff, waited in the showroom which had free drinks available & the work was completed within the allotted time at a fixed price. Then in December 5 days before the Garage was to close for ChristmasI had the dashboard light up like a Xmas tree, this was traced to a rear wheel sensor failure, I phoned the garage and the car was quickly booked, they identified the fault and informed me by phone & message including a video of the cost and time to fix. They also carried out other work identified at the previous service, all the work was carried out to the high standard. Fantastic service with knowledgeable staff and the work being carried out to a high standard even answering questions relating to the work, they even valeted the car. There are other VW garages in Cumbria, but there is only one that I trust to do a good job.
