Vauxhall Customer Care Department came in a close second to Walkers Motor Group for unrivalled levels of incompetency and insincerity it has to be said. For the record both pay lip service in preference to customer service and both serve as reasons why not to own a Vauxhall.

Having bought a used car for Walkers Motor Group in Selby I have found nothing but issues. I have been so frustrated by the service. I bought a car having asked the dealer about the specification. It seems they just said whatever they needed to to sell the car. The mis sold the car saying it had a specification which it did not have. I have countless times tried to deal with the situation directly with them and had nothing back in return. I have been physically into the dealership, I have phone, I have emailed and every time I had the line ‘ a manager will call you tomorrow’ Well many tomorrows (a month and half of them) have been and gone and I have never received a phone call. The car had to go back in for a repair and the service again was horrendous. The car was booked in with another dealer to be repaired and they never actually booked it in with me. It wasn’t until the day before when the other dealer rang to ask what time my car was going to be with them.an appointment which I had to wait 2 weeks for. I would strongly recommend finding elsewhere to buy your car from, unless your happy with not being communicated to or just being told whatever,truthful or not, so they can hit their sales quota.
