W Jones and Sons Ltd, Bognor Regis

I have been using Jones for quite a while for various cars - MOTs, repairs, servicing. I've gradually developed a sense that they can be relied on for good and sensible advice combined with an engaging style. The recent experience was a case in point. They tried to fix a problem quickly without incurring cost but it needed a new part and they sorted it out and dealt with my extended warranty company superbly well. I have to have my main car serviced at a franchise dealer - but invariably there is a problem. Whenever I go there I get a sinking feeling about what will go wrong this time. But whenever I go to Jones and talk to David Conrad there - I get a sense that all is well. Other examples of why I like going to Jones - David Conrad fixed a minor problem on my daughter's old KA there and then at no cost; in another car, a light bulb was fitted there and then for the cost of the bulb. Many examples. Another very good thing - you talk to the people who do the work - not a spokesperson on a front desk in some corporate franchise. I took a box of biscuits/sweets to Jones after one particularly good effort. How many garages get given presents? It's about time I made the effort to put them on your web site.
