We broke down whilst towing our caravan on Good Friday at the Rest and be Thankful and John came out to look and recover us. He was very knowledgeable and managed to pretty much diagnose the problem even before putting the diagnostic machine on the car. He then helped us get to our caravan site by following us the rest of the way to ensure that we made it with no further problems and then arranged with the AA to get our car and caravan back home on the Bank Holiday Monday which turned out to be a recovery truck from WD Semple themselves. Richard the recovery driver was very helpful and efficient and got us all back home safe and sound. If this is the level of service we received when breaking down I wouldn't hesitate to use their garage for any future work if at all possible.

Despite appearances, there isn't just cheers that Peter, John and the team cannot deal with. The hourly rate is also very reasonable when compared with bog city garages.
