Carried out the work required and saved a fair amount of money from the initial quote by pointing out what was not required

VW Audi cars have maintained the family's fleet of petrol and diesel cars for over 10 years now. They are always helpful, cheerful and try to keep expense down for the customer, explaining and discussing various options before proceeding. During that time, besides the normal servicing and run-of-the-mill repairs, they have managed to track down and sort 2 particularly obscure problems, on a Lupo and an Octavia, for me. In the HJ Back Room, people often ask which is the 'best' car for them; who can look after it is an important consideration that people often neglect. I go out of my way to use VW Audi Cars instead of garages nearer to home, and my satisfaction with their service is a significant factor why I have stayed with VAG vehicles.

I have used this VW/Audi specialist garage since 2000 for maintaining my Mk4 VW Golf GTI 1.8 turbo 150 bhp, which has now done 134,000 miles. The proprietor Andy is always cheerful and extremely helpful as are his mechanics. From my customer perspective the ethos of this garage is to keep customers' cars running well for as long as possible whilst avoiding unnecessary repairs/costs and I know that it has done the same for friends and neighbours, one of whom has a Mazda!
