I've had many cars and moved around a lot, so have dealt with many different garages. This is the first garage I actually trust. We've taken different makes and models there over the last few years, and they have always been very sensible, reasonable and friendly.

Thoroughly recommended in every respect, I've been a customer for many years and always been very impressed with the service and advice.

Been using this garage for the last 3 years since moving to the local area. Was initially based on a recommendation of a neighbour and I'd have no hesitation recommending to others. Have on occasion asked for advice about the car and this has always been freely given. The pricing feels competitive and is cheaper than a main dealer.

I used this garage for the first time today following the recommendation of a nearby tyre provider. I tend to find garages a bit daunting, and was put at ease by the reception staff's friendly and professional manner. They did an MOT on my elderly Focus (which sadly failed!), and were able to carry out the necessary repairs later the same day. I was offered the use of the courtesy car, which was very helpful. The repair was completed promptly and I was also given advice on the best way to deal with the other items identified in the MOT. Really pleased to have found this garage!

Took my Golf to VW Audi at 0745 on a Monday morning in the hope that they could at least diagnose an alternator drive fault and maybe book in to fix by the end of the week. Described the problem to Phil who swiftly assured me that the fault could be fixed readily, maybe even by the end of the day. Left the car with him and a couple of hours later he called with his diagnosis, cost of replacement genuine VW parts and an estimate on labour. At 4.30pm I got a call to say my car was ready to collect. Labour charge was absolutely minimal. Great service all round.

VW Audi Cars have looked after a variety of the family VWs over many years, always providing good, dependable, common-sense, value for money service. If it wasn't for them, one mega-miler still in daily use would probably have been retired as uneconomic to keep running long ago! Ever cheerful, they go out of their way to assist in emergencies; parts are only replaced when necessary, any required work is explained, discussed and agreed clearly. Their loan cars may not be the newest of models, and there's no fancy coffee machine in reception, but that no doubt helps keep the costs down to a reasonable level. No connection, just a very satisfied, long-standing customer of VW Audi Cars; I have no hesitation in recommending them.
